Free Music?

Does anyone know if there are any sites out there where you can listen to the songs you want to hear for free? Not a download site, and not just an online radio site, but like you can just go click on the songs you want to hear, or something like that? If there is one, I'd really like to know what it is, and if there's not, someone should really create one! :p
