I HATE being alone!

Hubby has been gone for 2 wks now - working on a long-call for work. I CANNOT sleep by myself ... I hear every little creak, dogs barking, etc. I'm so tired of not being able to go to sleep until 1:30 then waking up at 5:45 to get ready before DD wakes up (of course she can sleep like a log) :rolleyes:

Anyway, just had to get that minor gripe out - but HOPEFULLY, he's coming home tomorrow unless they get another call before then.

I am the same exact way. My hubby is gone on stay aways for work alot and I don't get much sleep when he's gone. Hopefully mine will be home tonite or tomorrow sometime. ((( hugs )))

My sister has this problem as her husband works often late in the night. She has the four boys to get to bed, and a nutty cat.. She is now getting a dog so she won't be so afraid.

It is a bit creepy to be alone at night. I hope you get some sleep.

Thanks for the good thoughts guys - glad to know I'm not alone! I did finally go to sleep around 1:00 sans Tylenol PM 'cause it started to storm. DD is terrified of thunder, so I didn't want her to be even more scared if she couldn't wake me up. :eek:

Anyway, hubby called this morning and all looks to be good for today - YAY, can't wait for 8:00 bedtime (LOL)!

My husband is a Trucker and has been for 14 years, After 14 years (plus 4 years before that in the Navy) I never can get used to him being gone, On the weekends of him being home i feel so much better like the security is here and i sleep like a baby when he is home.
