we're having sliced turkey and gravy, mashed potatoes, rolls and mixed veggies

Umm, Biscuits and Gravy with sausage maybe?
Mac and cheese with hot dogs?
Pork Roast with roasted red potato's and rice?
Taco's with the works?
Spagetti and garlic bread?
Uhh, Im out of ideas :p

I made 7 layer taco salad last night.. easy to make and kids LOVED it.


round tortillas
sour cream
1 pkg taco seasoning
ground beef
lettuce
tomato
shredded cheese


put the toritllas on the bottom layer, next mix the sour cream and taco seasoning and spread on top of the chips. brown meat and lay on top of the spread, then the cheddar cheese and so forth.. lettuce and tomatoes on top and use salsa or guacomole on top

Been sick all day again :(

BUT, I am making homemade taco's with shredded steak and hamburger lots of spices (shells too),with the works, frjoles,homemade tortilla chips and salsa. I guess sleeping from 11 to 3:45 gave me a little energy :)

I treated both DS's to lunch at Boston Market, got the dinner for four and brought the leftovers home for youngest DS to eat tonight. Don't know what I'm gonna have. Maybe a sandwich and cup of noodles.

Ended up making meat loaf (DH was NOT thrilled this and taco is swear words to him LOL), I also had rice and mashed tatos and homemade gravy and corn.
