Neighbors tree fell on my car..ugh...from what I can tell right now the windshield is busted...figures, no insurance on the car :rolleyes:

Your homeowners should cover it.

that is what I figured, took pics this morning too to prove where the tree came from...didnt want to move it, not my problem!

Exactly!
ANd if they rent, the OWNERS insurance should cover it. If they dont have insurance, they should have to pay for it anyway. However, it may only be the "Bluebook" price.

you may want to be careful about what will pay. If the tree was leaning into your yard, then the insurance will consider that your property. I know , ****** up, but they may would say that if you didn't cut the limbs off your property your responable for it.

Their owners insurance should cover it. Ask for their insurance company and don't touch anything until an agent comes out and takes a look. Replacing a windshield isn't that bad.

I guess not too bad, just a pain, the tree was actually in my neighbors neighbors yard, if that makes sense.
My homeowners wont cover it...I hope they didnt move it, but at least I have the pics
