I had an auction on Ebay for some cosmetics. The winning bid plus shipping came to $9.25. I have clearly stated on my auction in big letters that I do not take credit card funded paypal. Well, right away I got an email from paypal saying I'd received a payment for this auction. So I leave her good feeback and mail the cosmetics. That was a couple of days ago.
Today I am at paypal and I see that it was a credit card payment and I'm supose to deny it or accept it and change my account to a business one, which I will not do. So I deny it. Then she emails me right away wondering why I denied her payment. I emailed her right back with my reason and asked how she would like to pay for the auction and gave her several choices. She has not emailed me back and that was hours and hours ago.
The thing is---whenever I've received a credit card payment, paypal always sends me a certain email saying that it was from a credit card and that I need to accept or deny it. This email that they just sent me did not mention anywhere on it that it was credit card funded. So I'm ticked at paypal.
But now she is in a position (and I think she know's this) where she does not have to pay me because I already left her good feedback and I already mailed her package.
I'm so angry about this. Hopefully I will hear from her soon and she will make good on her payment. :(
