Hover over the little piece of paper thing in the lower right hand corner of the message you want to reply to and you will see "quick reply" show up , that must be the right button.

Just makes it so you can reply on one page w/o having to click the reply button and load another page, therefore it's "quicker." hehehe~ I just use the reply button if I have to make it all pretty...like for happy birthdays. :D
