Well, there will only be my 2 daughters and me here, need to run to Kohl's so I am thinkging Kewpie for dinner. Kewpie is a 3 chain old time hamburger joint that has been a local "landmark" in Lima since the 50's ~ I think. The look of the place hasn't change much either lol and the food is good :) And since it's raining,I am making bread today.

Roast chicken, Vegetable-Lentil pilaf, the recipie I have for my pilaf calls for spinach and tomatoes, but I leave those out.
I also make this pilaf with brown rice, it is so much better that way!
We are also having a Spinach salad. (I dont care for cooked spinach so we have it fresh in a salad instead.)I use a Redwine dijon vinaigrette dressing on my salad, the kids prefer regular Italian.

Thanks.

Thanks for asking! ;) I use green lentils and the Redwine dijon vinaigrette is pretty simple its redwine vinegar, dijon mustard, and olive oil. I make a small amount at a time, I am the only one that eats it ;) So the amounts for what I make are

3 tablespoons olive oil You can make it in any amount just use
2 tablespoons of the vinegar 3 parts oil, 2 parts vinegar, and one
1 tablespon mustard part mustard.
