I hate having garage sales, I hate moving, I hate downsizing

Having a three day sale this week. I fell hard on the outside of my knee this morning moving things around in the garage. Thought I broke my kneecap. Went for X-rays tonight and it's just bruised. Sure does hurt like blazes.

By the time I moved everything up into the garage to sell I just wanted people to take it away today and I didn't care if they paid me or not. I couldn't price everything so I just had them give me an offer on everything except the big things. Thank God my hubby took off work to help and my SS is also helping. I stayed in bed most of the afternoon with my leg up. I'll be glad when everything is over and I can get back to normal. More packing next week for the move the next weekend. :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

in the end, u'll be thankful u don't have to move the stuff u are selling. We moved in this house 10yrs ago, I'll bet there are still boxes that never got put anywhere from the move! Take care of your knee.

take care of that knee and stay off it, Knee injuries are one of the hard ones to get healed cause you're always using it. take care,

Sorry about the knee!! Hope it is better soon. And I HATE moving. I think I would rather go to the dentist and have lots of work on my teeth than move. That is just how much I hate to move. I feel for ya!!!!

We had a good sale for getting rid of things. I put the rest out for the vets today. Now to wrap everything up.

I'm limping around. Not too bad except for the steps. Have to take them one at a time. Then I caught a cold. If it isn't one thing, it's another. LOL

Didn't see you Sharinbo. Did you get out or decided to go into labor? Oh my. Anyway, I was in bed with my leg up and let my hubby and SS handled most of it. Now to recuperate. :rolleyes:
