I was curious about where it says the most users ever online was on 08-01-02 at 8:55 AM with 1032 users. What was happening then to where all these people were on BBS? Anybody know?

Sounds to me by the time it was probably a really big give-a-way. Most of the time on boards the most members come on when there's a contest. Like lifetime has all the time. Thats just my guess though.

I believe that was the morning I was performing my strip act and KATT was giving away free tickets. Just Joking. I have no idea either what was going on that morning but I'm sure I was here causing havic.

I'm gonna try and post these links, they are archives, so clicking on links on these pages won't take you anywhere.

I just it was funny that on May 10, 2000, there were 7 posts in vent/whine and 5 posts in off topic, then more than a month later, there were 13 posts in vent/whine and 15 in off topic.

Guess people didn't use those forums much back then.

we were tryingto break the record for the most users online and set up a date and time to try to get everyone on here, and looks like it worked, they may have picked that day because of a contest not sure but i do remember them picking that day to try to break the record

LMAO- I can remember when OTC started as well as V&W, then came some of the other forums.
People were always posting things in the Freebie Forum, so they created the OTC, then people were whining and venting in the OTC-V&W was born, same with the Religious forum. Also the FSOT started in OTC.

Yep, I believe thats exactly right MsLynn.. I remember that day cause I was going to get on and had to go get the final fitting for my wedding dress..

That's because my manager left and Katt will only let me give her and the female MODS private shows now. So I guess that makes KATT my new pimp momma. ;) ;) ;)


Seriously, I think it was a contest for a Ipod or something and turned into a major fight. That's about the time many old members left, got banned, etc. For once I didn't have anything to do with it. I was innocent back then. MUHAHAHAHAHA OK, I haven't been innocent in fifty years but that's another subject. :D
