Sorry to hear you're having problems with them too. I kept not receiving e-mails and various other problems so I discontinued my service with them.

WOO HOOOOOOO I GOT MSN BACK LOL it only took me about 2 days swappin emails with MSN back and forth to get it... they wanted a whole list of info about my account before they gave it back :)
