Therapy tonight, then Sarah & I are having 'girls night out.' Dinner somewhere, either Asian Grill, Liluma or maybe the Indian restaurant across the street from her. Then catching a movie at the Chase.

Stubby gets leftovers. ;)

Change in plans. I think we're going to try Modesto, it's a tapas bar and grill about 5 minutes from Sarah's house.

Tues/Fri every week evrita. Until I see the doctor tomorrow, then bumping up to 3 or 4 times a week the way it looks.

Taco salads. Homemade, can't afford to eat out. Now if I can disguise the lettuce to resemble candy, I might get the kids to eat it.

Easy Parmesan Garlic Chicken

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (like the Kraft kind you put on spaghetti)
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Mix
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix cheese, garlic powder, and salad dressing mix.

Moisten chicken with water, coat with cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Makes 6 servings.

I serve a similar dish, except while the chicken is cooking I boil water and cook pasta - add spag sauce and put in a casserole dish - when chicken is done I place the checken on top of pasta, top each piece with a cpl tablespoons of spag sauce, and top with mozzerella cheese. Bake again at 400-450 for approx 5-10 minutes to melt and brown cheese. While this is browning I make garlic toast/bread. YUM! Quick and easy - Hubby still wonders how I can do all that in 30 minutes! LOL ;)

Got an email from schwann's and some gourmet place, they had chicken saltimboca, oh that sounds so wonderful! I wouldn't attempt to make it on my own, and the price was $19.99 for 2 breasts, but I want some sometime.

I baked a bone in ham, made mushroom with rice, and green beans, and sweet potatoes with brown sugar. Dh chowed. For desert I get a slim fast bar, and get to sit and watch it SNOW AGAIN!
