I can not believe that the RAOK Shelley did was for my daughter Jaimie! Right under my nose too! The boxes came while Jaimie was gone,she walked in and walked past (she never gets boxes lol) I said "don't you want to open your boxes" talk about a BIG grin..she was so happy and saying I can't believe it's for me.First thing she read the card and said "OMG it's from your friends mom" you have some nice friends,I just smiled and said "yes,I do" I did take some pictures so when I develope them I'll ask someone to post them (still no clue how lol)I want to personally mention those who's name is on the card that was with the basket~thank you & {{{{squeezes}}}}

Oh, DBD. When you get them developed you can get them put on disk, then you can upload to your computer, then upload to your free pic site like Webshots or Photobucket and then put them here. lol Or, if not that, then I have scanner and I would gladly scan them, upload and post them for ya and then send them right back to ya. :) :D

Yes, these are very kind people, who even though they have their financial struggles are always willing to do a RAOK. :D

LOL I don't know who was saying something about electronics but I got a CD for the basket which did not come in yet :( so it is getting mailed out seperatally.
They might have been refering to the walkie talkies I got for my hubby for a way belated bday present with money I had made from making some baskets.

No Jamie turned 14, I know I heard that, lol. Why does anyone care who gave or did what on an RAOK...some people think they know everything...it must be boredom, and jealousy... :confused:

Yep, they like cartoons, but I don't support buying character licensed products after a certain age, I just think it's mostly junk, and it holds their interest for maybe a day or two at best. I will buy stuffed animals, but usually ones that look realistic, not the pop-eyed ones. Those have been interest keepers, it's too bad they wash well though. :p

My DD is almost 18 and she still loves character stuff. Her current passion is anything that was popular when she was small (Care Bears,Rainbow Bright,Chipmunks,Strawberry Shortcake etc). She also loves Sponge Bob. She wouldn't hesitate to wear a Sponge Bob shirt....and evidently neither would I since I own one.....at 41 no less.
DBD, I'm glad your DD had a great birthday and it was extremely sweet of everyone here to do this for her. Says a lot about you that so many people would do this for your DD.
