I'm not sure how I feel about this yet, so I'll have to research it before I sign. I don't like just reading statements and then signing my name to it. I'd like proof of what they are saying (maybe someone has links?)
Thanks...

I'm going to sign it. I'll admitt, a few years ago I fell into the PETA trap and thought they were doing good for animals. I didn't really see how they were hurting others in the process.
If this isn't extreme to you, I don't know what is:
http://www.peta.org/feat/HolocaustEurope/
After making waves throughout the U.S. last year, PETA's controversial "Holocaust on Your Plate" exhibit is coming to Europe. The display, which consists of eight 60-square-foot panels, each showing photos of factory-farm and slaughterhouse scenes side-by-side with photos from Nazi death camps, graphically depicts the point made by Yiddish writer and Nobel laureate Isaac Bashevis Singer, who wrote, "In relation to [animals], all people are Nazis."

Thanks for sharing. PETA has good intentions, (saving the animals, ect...) but they just go a *little* far with the red paint, ect...

Bumping back up and adding they came to Oklahoma not long ago. They wanted the town of Slaughterville to change their name to Veggieville.  The town of Slaughterville was named after Mr. Slaughter. They were trying to bribe the town to do it by saying they would donate a buttload of veggieburger patties to the local school. The funnt part is they do this in the middle of cow country. Hehehe:rolleyes:   Needless to say the town said no and then suggested that peta help them to establish an animal shelter for the town. Doubt we hear from them any time soon.;) ;) ;)
