Help! Windex + white visor = unhappy me

Does anyone know what gets blue windex out of the band of a white visor?? The darn bottle spilled on it and I can't use bleach b/c it has colored thread on it and I don't want to ruin that. I've put it through the wash twice using Era and it hasn't helped at all, any advice? Thanks in advance for your help.

the new clorox bleach pen???
ive used it on several thingsthat had color with white on it and as long as you use the gel side of the pen, i didnt have a problem

soak it in a sink of hot water with oxyclean in it

Try pouring peroxide on the stain .. Goo-Gone may even get it out.
