Seems the St. Louis NBC affiliate, KSDK, has pulled her show from the morning spot. :D

K-mart will be the one to watch now.. they have an exclusive on carrying her stuff. And they thought they had problems before? This could sink the company for good. I've never been a Martha fan anyway. It's like she always acts like hers is the ONLY way things should be done. :p

Since KMart is just coming out of bankruptcy and trying to recover, I can't imagine them pulling such a large part of their inventory off the shelves.

Hmmm, is right! I ran into KMart the other day for Tide, but didn't notice. I'll be sure to look the next time I'm in there.

Our Kmart always has Martha's stuff on clearance too.I personally like the show, but I don't like her much as a person,of course I don't know her personally or anything.:) The show was still on here today, comes on at 10:00 and again at 10:30.The way I look at it,she did the crime, let her do the time.:)

What's the difference between her stuff she sells on her website (www.marthastewart.com) and the stuff at Kmart? I doubt Kmart sells shower curtains for over $100.

I'm personally heartbroken about all this, and I will sob myself to sleep if our stations pull her show.

Okay, so I'm lying my @ss off, but it sounded good to not be so evil for once :D

Anyway, Bon Voyagee :D The only Martha I like, is when Ana would do her on SNL lol.

Things on Martha Stewart's To-Do List

Come up with 50 new shades of gray for Martha Stewart Paints.

Start marketing new "Martha Stewart Soap-on-a-Rope."

Schedule hair and nails; think about going short-short and tres butch.

Begin preparations for inevitable jailhouse conversion to Islam.

Dump Omnimedia stock before word gets out about the verdict.

Send that nice judge a quilt handmade with $50 bills.

Berate domestic staffers while I still can.

Note to self: Next time, bury insider-trading memos in my all-natural recycling compost heap.

Shoot prosecuting attorneys and have them stuffed for throw pillows.

Accept offer to pose nude in Better Homes and Gardens.

Offer large reward for palatable crow recipe.

Start crocheting toilet-seat doilies, because that metal's probably cold in the morning.

Cover paper trail leading to al-Qaeda.

Request a prison where the uniforms have vertical, not horizontal, stripes.

Test whether a little club soda and lemon juice can remove stains from a soul.

Possible strategy for appeal: Blame it all on Scott Peterson!

Bake a seven-layer white-chocolate cake with framboise ganache. Place file between layers. Freeze.

Start work on new book: "Minimum Security With Maximum Flair."

Ask Rosie how to say "I'm not interested" in Lesbianese.

Remember... Outside: "And that's a GOOD thing!"
Inside: "Sh!t be da bomb, yo!"

Try to take that b!tch Betty Crocker down with me.

Roll around in a huge friggin' pile of money one last time before going off to jail.

Inform High Emperor that climate on this planet has changed; request transfer back to *****ior.

and Topfive.com's Number 1 Thing

TopFive's Current Events

Last Friday, domestic diva Martha Stewart was convicted of obstructing justice. On Saturday morning, four writers for NBC's "The Late Show With David Letterman" were crushed to death when the mountain of jokes they had already written for Monday's show suddenly collapsed without warning. (Brad Osberg)

According to U.S. Attorney David Kelley, Stewart tried to hide her disappointment as she brushed past him on the way out of the courthouse on Friday. For this, he is seeking to have her charged yet again with conspiracy and obstruction. (Brad Osberg)

This morning, shippers at Stewart's online store were told to stop using styrofoam popcorn as packing material. From now on, Martha Stewart products will arrive at their destinations packed in equally effective but more economical Omnimedia shares. (Brad Osberg)

I still don't think that she will serve time but it wouldn't surprise me if the Martha name at KMart by next season has a different name. They are contracted with her and unless there was a stipulation about her committing a crime and injuring their image, she will be on their shelves for a while.

Apparently no convicted felons are allowed to be employed by Martha Stewart Living, or her Everyday brands. She is being forced to step down since she can no longer be employed by her own company, she only owns 73% since it went public and cant change the rules or stay in the company. Its also forbidden for federal prisoners to participate in the operation of a business at any time while they are incarcerated, they are only allowed 300 minutes per month and if thier monitored calls are found to have any business discussed, she will lose all phone priveleges. Martha unfortunately cannot have anything to do with the company she created.

I am sure they will take her name off the brand at some point. Though even today I still saw ads for her products on the Kmart commercials.

She isn't being forced to step down... she voluntarily stepped down a week after they brought charges against her so that the general public would not stop buying the products. As many ppl who scream 'I hate Martha', her business is not hurting very bad, so it seems to me alot of ppl hate her because all their friends hate her but they're still buying her stuff when nobodies lookin... she didn't become a bazillionaire because nobody likes her stuff or watches her program.

I refuse to buy anything with her name (I always have) on and the longest I have watched her on Tv has been during the news coverage. My hubby said that she wrote a columnn for our local paper but it has been canceled. And from what I heard her stock in her company fell like 33% when she was convicted. I didn't research it though. Guess I just don't care enough.

It's funny . . . I've never heard anyone say they like her but there must be tons that do.

I don't like her as a person. She's arrogant, cold, self-absorbed. But I do like a lot of the crafts and recipes she demonstrates on her program.

I don't buy her line of products, because I just don't care for most of it and it's all over-priced for KMart goods.

My aunt does a lot of the organization for the fairs in Maine. A few years ago she got Martha to go to one of the fairs to do some demonstrations and stuff. Well my Aunt said that Martha is the biggest B-word she ever met. All she did was scream orders at everyone and make unreasonable demands. My aunt ended up telling her to go "beep" herself and would not work with her the rest of the fair.

My aunt also had sesame Street go to her farm and do some filming...she said they were really fun to work with.
