SOUR CREAM HORNS
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
3/4 c. sour cream
1 egg yolk
1 c. ground nuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix flour and butter as for pie crust. Mix sour cream and egg yolk and stir into flour mixture. Wrap in waxed paper; refrigerate 2-3 hours. Take out and divide dough into 3 parts.
Roll into 12-inch circle; cut each circle into 12 wedges. Mix nuts, sugar, and cinnamon; sprinkle on top. Roll each wedge from wide end to the point. Shape into horns. Place 1-inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar
