View Full Version : Whats eveyone doing today?

I'm so tired of doing the same thing every weekend. Seems like all we ever do is go to my fiancee's parents house and hang out, or to our one friends house to hang out on the weekends. There has to be SOMETHING else we can do.
Money is tight because of the upcoming wedding so we really cant afford to go out but there has to be SOMETHING we can do besides just going from here to there.
Any ideas? :confused:

what about Mall walking :) thats free ,do they have discount theaters there? Like the 1.00 ones? those are always fun to :)

Me im going to go to the park with the kiddies, and maybe talk hubby into mall walking LOL

I am taking the kids to the Kids Workshop at Home Depot this morning. It is totally free, and the kids enjoy building their projects. They have it the first saturday of every month, 10am-noon. This is nation wide.

New idea if you have kids, or have a niece or nephew you can take, you get to help them build it.

We are headed out to the Home and Garden Show.....Hubby refers to it as the show where our money goes!

We are borrowing a friends truck to take an old couch and a broken dresser and some boxes to the dump!

Then we are going to pick up my treadmill!! They have one at wally worls for $177!!

I cant wait!

Here in Southern California the fruit trees have got beautiful blossoms on them. The temperature is 72 degrees. I think I will spend sometime outside just enjoying being out there. Only problem is the fruit trees trigger my allergies and I sneeze and sneeze and sneeze etc!:)

Went o my nephews bday party,went and picked up a few things at grocery store, came home and cleaned a bit, now playing on here, next my hubbys family (well part of it ) are coming over for supper then probably play a game. Have a great night everyone!!

We've been delivering girlscout cookies, cleaning house, playing video games, and now me and my daughter are cooking dinner. I tried to get them to kick back and watch movies with me, but the new spongebob is going to be on tonight, and they are afraid they will miss it :rolleyes:

DS had a $10 giftcard for ToysRus from some insurance qoute, so we went there and got a necklace and bracelet with his girlfriends name on it for her birthday. Then we went to the mall and KBtoys was closing the store (40% off) and he picked up a teddy bear to go with the necklace and bracelet.

All I got were two packs of printer paper for $1.50 each at KB. Toy stores aren't as much fun when your kids are all grown up. :(
