All the states are listed on here, but not all allow you to look up inmates. Ohio does .. just scroll down to Ohio and click.

http://www.bop.gov is the site for Federal Bureau of Prisons and choose Inmate Locator and enter info. HTH

Weird, I know for a FACT this guy is in prison in Orient (Columbus,Ohio) not found??
