Recipe help??

Ok here is the thing, I made taco salad last night and I am trying to figure out what to do with the left over meat (there is alot). Any suggestions? I have look at a few recipe sites and have found nothing. I don't want to make tacos all over again. Thanks

Perhaps Chili? or lasagna? Maybe you could freeze the meat for a later time?

make a green chile stew. dice and precook potatoes to almost done, add the meat to the potatoes, green chile to taste, beef stock or bullion, onions or onion powder, cilantro, salt, and pepper. I like to add some cumin to mine. Warm up and serve tortillas with it.
