I wish we knew ahead of time, but our dumb A$$school district doesnt cancel till morning then they do a 2 hour delay then decide if they are cancelling. Idiots!!! Make me wake up just to see if there is a delay ~then make me stay up to make sure thay aint closing!!! Grrr!

lol. I got it all planned out. It is now 10min to midnight. I'll go upstairs and say, 'ok guys, it'll be a new day in a few minutes. Time for bed.' lol I don't expect to hear from em again til maybe 11am.

We had a 2 hour delay today, but I swear it is horrible out today. DH says the roads are awful. Yesterday it wasnt this bad. :confused: Administrators???!!!!! Are they crazy??? LOL

I am so sick of 2 hour delays and snow,cuz I have used up almost all of my personal and vacation time at work cuz of the delays I just got 5 personal day at the begining of the year,got only one personal day left no vacation left either and its still only Jan. 28. Oh well every 500 hrs I get 3 4hrs vac days. LOL!!!

Last school year, we had so many 2hrs delays, etc. for the last week or 2 of school, classes hadta start 15min early just to make up for the lost time. 2hr delays are more of a pain than the whole day off.
