Brother having heart surgery

My brother Tom is having heart surgery today. They aren't sure what is wrong with him, but he will have bouts where his heart starts racing and they have to stop it and restart it to get it to beat normally. The last time it happened they stopped it but had trouble restarting his heart so they suggested surgery.
