I hate UPS!

I try not to bid on auctions where the seller ships UPS. This seller didn't specify UPS & I didn't ask... I'm not home during the day and rarely get home until after 7 (working in IT is great & i love my job :rolleyes: ). I left a note that I'm not home & the apartment manager can sign in my place - yes I do live by myself. Well, they didn't deliver to the apt. office & they didn't try delivering yesterday after 5 because I was home. Yesterday should have been the final attempt so I have no clue what's going on. I've been waiting for this stuff for a long time & its really getting on my nerves!!!

Do you have a tracking number? Call UPS and see what's going on?

Tried that - they refuse to deliver it at a convenient time for me.

Tell them to hold it for you, They should be willing to do that if you call in time.

They do it for me and I just go pick it up.

My local UPS is open until 8pm to pick up packages. It's a good thing to because like you I leave the house at 7:30 am and I am not home until 6:15 pm most nights.

Call and find out where the package is, have them hold it and go pick it up. It's a PIA but it's better than having the package returned.

Hey, at least your UPS guy is concerned about you getting your package, mine NEVER knocks, just throws the stuff on my deck and leaves.

You can also call their 800# and have them redeliver the package to a different address.

UPS automatically holds the pkg at your local counter for 5 business days after the 3rd delivery attempt. You can also call and have them redeliver it to the apt manager and have them sign.
