CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHERE I CAN FIND A FREE ANTI-VERUS PROGRAM. I NEED ONE FOR MY COMPUTER. THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP.

Norton's use to be free. Not sure if it still is though?

There is another one I see allot of members post about on the bbs. I think they call it agp or something like that with initials. I'm sure someone will know the one I'm talking about.

I use AVG and it caught a virus last year that Mcafee didn't.

That's because McAfee and Norton no longer scan for Trojan Horses, claiming they are not their responsibility. If anyone uses those two, they should also go to www.download.com and find a good Trojan scanner.

http://www.pandasoftware.com it works really well and it up to the hour, plus no tacky virus scan footers in your email. it is a manual run of a virus scan, but then again virus protection is an active posture, not reactionary.
