Thanks to all who gave advice on the psycho thread. My bro went to court and lost in his bid for an order of protection. The judge said because he had went back to her after the last attempt to get one, and there was no Physical violence or threats, he did not prove his case. It seems that harrassment was not important. He is afraid she will go back to his work and cause him to lose it.
She turned on the waterworks which helped her. After I testified, I sat in the court room and a lady beside me leaned over and said she was a manipulative b&*^^, that she could see the manipulation of my bro just from what was happening there. She also told me to get him to look at a stalking order.
The psycho refused to agree to the order at first which is why it had to go to court. Why, if someone says, I do not want you to contact me in anyway, they still do?
My bro is so upset. I really think the judge belived her and all her lies. she even sorta grinned at my bro as she went back to her seat after testifying. ARGHHH.
