What are you having for dinner tonight??


Left over Lasagna here. ( For me and the kids)



DH will probably have his favorite stuff ~ donno the name of it though~ it has boiled patatoes with macaroni and over it you put canned tomatoes with diced onions.

I think we are having a pot of lima beans with ham and rice. Maybe cornbread or fried bread, not sure yet.

I have some extra turkey, so I'm thinking I'll make a turkey, broccoli, rice n cheese casserole. Not sure yet.

Proablly take out if i get to eat at all I do 15:00-2300 tonight the hubby and daughter will have leftover meatloaf and mashed potaoes

I'm making turkey burritos. I didn't make them yesterday b/c it's hard to find ground turkey breast! I have to go to a meat place today b/c they were closed by the time I went to all the darn grocery stores.

These better be good! :D

I don't know how healthy it is but here you are:

1 cup self rising flour
enough milk to make a thick paste

Then I drop round tablespoons into a pre-heated cast iron pan with maybe half an inch of bacon grease or butter.

The bread rises quickly by its self and I just brown on both sides and make sure it is firm to the touch. It's great with soups and stews and takes maybe five minutes. Easy!

Sorry the directions aren't better but I never measure anything. :D

lol another pot roast dinner here too and it smells sooo good. I'm getting ready to throw in some new potatoes, carrots, and cabbage for the dh. We're having corn, rolls, and apple crisp for desert.

I am having take out from Bill Millers.
Chicken delite with ranch dressing and a large sweet tea!!! Yum

Now tomorrow I am making a major meal......... having company so gonna go all out.!!

OMG, I love Bill Millers, esp. their tea. I used to live in S.A. along time ago, ahh, the memories, that and Taco Cabana, mmmmmmmmmm,lol

Chance of plans we had Vocelli's Dh had Pizza and I had steak sub. I think I should have stuck woth my original plan and had leftovers. I was not impressed with the food there.
