I had a $50.00 Gift certificate balance. That I been saving up from doing surveys and redeeming points. I go there today to order something and it says my balance is $0.00. Has this happened to anyone else?

It was several different GC's. I just added a $10.00 one last week. None of them were more than 3 months old.

Thats strange. I do remember others having problems similiar to this and I think Amazon told them oh well. Have you tried calling them to see whats up?

I have never had any problems with my GC's there - And I do the same - save them up until I have enough to go on a spree. Maybe I need ot go check my balance - you just made me nervous.

The same thing happened to me, so I called their 800 number, and a recording said they were doing system maintenance, and would be back up in 8 to 10 hours.


I was really mad at Amazon because i had over $50.00 as well

Mine still reads $104.50 like it's supposed to. If you don't already, always save them things! I'm afraid that will happen to me, and I'm sorry it did you Sinned.

I emailed amazon a while ago and they told me since I was a CA resident my GC wouldn't expire, so I doubt yours did if you live in CA too. I hope you can get that money back!!

wierd Its back. I do live in Cali. So I guess they never expire
