I need to contact the seller of an item but her e-mail address is no longer valid - it keeps getting returned.

When I go to report this to eBay, by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page at:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/identity-false.html

it says that my browser does not accept cookies. I use AOL and IE - I don't know how to change the cookies on AOL so I changed IE to lowest possible security level and I keep getting the same thing. It's accepting your frickin' cookies!

Anybody else having this problem?

Can someone report a dead e-mail for me?

What is the item number? If you want to post the item number, I will see if I can email the seller for you. They may have been removed from Ebay.

Sometimes it says my browser does not accept cookies too. I just "sign in" again and it works fine then. May be worth a try:)

Pull her contact information and give her a call

Also try emailing her through ebay, instead of AOL. AOL is well known to be troublesome with Ebay

Ok, I emailed her through the "Ask Seller a Question" link. This is what I said:

HI!

I am a friend of *******(the high bidder for this auction) and am just trying to see if this email goes through. She has tried to contact you several times and her emails keep getting returned with the message your email address is not valid, so Im trying it for her.

If you dont mind, please reply saying you received this email.

Thank you,
******

I will see what I get back from her.

Yes, I agree, get her contact info from Ebay and call her. I had a lady do that once because my stupid ISP was bouncing my emails and I had no idea. I got home and had a message on my voicemail saying who she was and why she was calling. She was very nice and it was a great transaction.

I sell a lot on eBay and have had problems receiving email from them for the past few days. After I posted on one of the help boards, someone else posted that they were having the same problem. That could be the problem with your seller's email as well.
