Thanks to all who have given me strength and words of encouragement. I have come to the conclusion that it will be OK!! I was just having a HORRIBLE day yesterday!! But, guess what?? I woke up today and its beautiful and sunny!! I WILL BE OKAY!!! Again...to my friends....THANK YOU!!!:D

What about your doctor? If you are like me I would not want to talk to a doctor either. I hope this "habit" you can get rid of and the thing that gives yourself strengh is yourself. Habits are a **tch.

Also, check out any AA or NA (whichever applies) meetings in your area. There is strength to be found surrounding yourself with people who can relate and understand your situation. PM me if you'd like.
