My family are all taking me out to dinner tonight for my early birthday dinner. My birthday is actually tomorrow but with it being new years eve, we decided to go tonight to avoid the traffic and such. Going to eat at a buffet with lots of fried catfish and all the fixings. I can't wait!

Kids & their significant others are coming for dinner. Pizza bake (two pansful), fresh broccoli, big garden salad with tomatoes, olives, eggs, sunflower seeds, mushrooms, and garlic bread. Dessert is going to be some of these 12 tins of cookies I have left
over.

Recipe??? You need a recipe?? I was just throwing stuff in a pan last night LOL

This is what I did though. Slice my potatoes. Dice my ham slice up some onion. Put all that is a big baking pan that I put butter on the sides and bottom. Next I used 3 1/2 cups of milk and added one can of cream of mushroom soup to. ( Then I drained it so I wouldn't have to eat the mushrooms. LOL Then I added some onion and garlic powder to that and about 5 tablespoons of flour. I poured it over potatoe ham onion mixture and sliced up a stick of butter. I baked it at 425 for almost 1 1/2 or so. Very easy, just time cunsuming because of all the cutting. It was good Dh said maybe next time to use canned milk because it was a bit dry, but I thin k that is how scalloped potatoes are supposed to be. I donno. LOL

Hope it turns out ok for you!!

Four Cheese Lasagna Hamburger Helper, as well as Goulash. I think I will also make up some homemade macaroni and cheese, so my dad and brother are set for the weekend, since I'll be gone.
