We have a new family member- miss Maggie Michele. She was born at 8:38 p.m. on Saturday, December 13th. She weighed 8lbs 7oz, and was 20 inches long.
She was due on December 19th, but we induced on the 13th, due to the ultrasound estimating an 8lb 12oz baby! :eek: And also because of the high blood pressure and diabetes. She was born via c-section, since she just didn't want to come out! lol I was at 7cm for over 5 hours, and she wouldn't move down.
She's doing great so far, doesn't like to sleep much at night though, lol. She looks just like her big brother Cameron, who's 4. He loves her so much, and is amazingly not jealous at all! :)
She was born on my parent's anniversary, which is also my nephew's birthday, and my grandpa's birthday. :)
Only bad thing is I now have pneumonia! UGH! They say it is pretty common to get it after surgery.
