Ive seen the inside of em and they look like one seed after another seed........what is there to eat?????????

I just ate one the other night. You eat the seeds, they are good but a little crunchy. I asked my SIL what do you eat and she said eat the seeds. They were good. She made a salad with them. Mixed them with grapes and bananas. Put some lemon juice on them so the banana wouldn't turn brown and also sugar. Yummy.

She would take them off the plant they grew on when she was a kid and ate them with her friends. I've never seen how they grow so don't know what kind of plant.
