do any of you have a recipe for pancakes?

i need the homemade kind..i can't rememebr wether it calls for baking soda or baking powder...*G* low carb if possible..i have soy flour reg. flour and a lil bit of the atkins bake mix...i am wanting to make myself some pumkin walnut pancakes..**with log cabin syrup w/ splenda** got a hankering for sommat sweet..but don wanna make cookies..or a cake. or "pumpkin bread" pancakles are quicker...

so help..please? beggin here ...

all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
1 3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
3 Tbsp butter, melted
10 floz milk
