If I have time, I'm gonna try that chicken stroganoff recipe that was posted here from the other day. Gonna do it oven style vs crock pot tho.

i am tired today, i just don't feel like doing anything, probably because it's raing, i should be cleaning my house but yet here i am. i don't know what to make, i don't feel like anything, i'll keep checking here to see if any one is having something that sounds good

VenusA423,I was wondering if you liked the chicken stroganoff.Glad you liked it.I think it is very good,almost can't stop eating it when I start.LOL! :)

Tonight I'm making Miss Hulling's sour cream noodle bake.It's yummy too.:) I'm also fixing some corn,green beans,and some breadsticks.Frosted sugar cookies for dessert.

Have a Christmas concert tonight so barbecued beef on rolls and fries.

I went out for lunch and had shrimp stuffed with crab, wrapped in bacon and served with some sort of yellow sauce, then had pan seared salmon with a proscutto wrapped potato and a spinach salad with blue cheese.

I think I'll just pass dinner.

This is our weekly pizza night. I'm hoping my DH will let me get the Craig's Heartburn pizza this time. It's got grilled chicken and jalapeno slices, and a spicy bbq sauce in addition to the regular pizza sauce. It's pretty hot and VERY good! :D

Bleagh. Was heart attack on a plate. Stubby deep-fried fish, cauliflower, mushrooms & hushpuppies. BLEAGH. Was nasty too. He mixed some concoction up for the breading. I had a salad. ;)

I made that Chicken Stroganoff that Hillbilly had posted. Man, that was good! Was a hit w/my family. How I did it was at 375deg for an hr.
