my son won an award!

the principal of my son's school has a monthly "writing challenge" and sets a topic to write about. this months was "how do you think santa clause should change his diet?" and my son won! he is only five! this is just for the elementary grades but still it is pretty neat. sometimes the newspaper publishes the stories, i tried checking out on line but there site is underconstruction. he got an award certificate that i am going to frame. i am not sure if i still have a copy of what he wrote or not, and they didn't send it back to me. but if i find it or get it back i'll post it.:)
