I accidently posted this in the vent an whine forum.
My better half (DH) is applying for my dad's job
Hey everyone,
Please put us in your prayers. We have talked to my mom and my sometimes better half (LOL JK) has decided to apply for my dad's job (he is now deceased). My mom is all for this. It would be a great opportunity for him and my dad would have wanted this. Also it would put us in the same town as my mom and we could help her. I have really been praying and I want him to get this. They will accept applications for a mth (Dec.10th is when he is sending his application in) (its a nationwide search). Please keep us in your prayer during this time. I really want this. It would put me back in my hometown and most importantly we could be there for my mom.
In March we will know who is getting it. My dad treated his employess like they were part of his family. I want them to be treated well and Rob would do that. I realize he is only 32 but, he would do such a great job. My dad was hoping we would get back to Rome and my dad was planning to recommed Rob for the position when he retired but, unfortunately he didnt have this opportunity. I am just praying he get is. I am 3hrs away from my mom I would love to be there with her.
