Here's a recipe for y'all to try

[DAVESBABYDOLL]

ACENE DEPEPE

1 box acene depepe~cooked and drained (small round pasta found in box in pasta isle)
4-6 small cans manderin oranges>reserve juice
2 small cans crushed pineapple
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 1/2 t salt
3 TBS flour
2 1/2 juice from fruit above
2 eggs
1 tub cool whip

in sauce pan on med. heat cook (low boil)
sugar
salt
flour
juice

turn to LOW heat add
Beaten 2 eggs

add coolwhip and acene depepe and fruit

mix and put in fridge. Serve cold

My sis, Becky, also makes this culinary delight.
Her family cannot pronounce it either, so when the recipe
came to her, it was named, "Frog Eye Salad!"

I actually could not bring myself to eat it the first
time with the name of Frog Eye Salad, so I took a spoonful and
pushed it around my plate a lot.
It is yummy, I much prefer the fancy name to
Frog Eye Salad.
Being a nurse, I always have had an iron clad
stomach, except to the name of Frog Eye Salad. LOL!

And anyone who makes chicken noodle soup, these "noodles" are excellent in soup .. we have it at work here and there and call it chicken combo soup.

I think I have had your recipe before too and it is good.

The only reason I know how to pronounce it is because I work at a restaurant and every time we have chicken combo soup I have to describe it to people .. lol .. Heck I am Italian and didn't even know how to pronounce it before I started to waitress!!!
