OK guys, I realize I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but my clock at home says that it is 12/04/03, 7:31, est. The board says that it is 12/05/03, 12:42am. What is wrong with this picture?

I just pulled up your profile, which says your time offset is -5 hours. If you go into your user cp panel, and change your time to eastern, and make sure the offset is right, it should fix the problem.

I went up into my profile, & I cannot see where anything is wrong with my time! Help!

Okay, let me see if I can fix it by just manually changing the numbers lol. I've never messed with it that way, so bear with me ;) You are eastern right? I should just be able to empty out that area in your profile and it should go with the board which is also eastern.
