Beware!!

They hand delivered a VHS tape(not a DVD), cookies, and a flyer requesting I attend a Christmas Dinner.

These people will not remove my name from their records after repeated requests, even a letter to Salt Lake City.

I threw the tape, cookies, and flyer in the garbage.

Mine came in the mail.....but you do have to let them know:

Representatives in your area would like to deliver your free video and share a message about how the teachings of Jesus Christ have helped individuals and families find greater happiness. Their visit will last about an hour. May we arrange to have representatives deliver your free video? Yes No

Also at the top you need to check which you want...DVD or Video.



But it is different from most of their videos. Usually theirs are non-denominational and stays with the King James bible, but this one doesn't. I haven't watched it all because it started messing up in my VCR and I turned it off, but it was at the part where Jesus came to America.

I know that. I checked that I didn't want representatives coming to my house. Also that I wanted a DVD. I used to be a member. I have requested my name be removed from their records, but they refuse to leave me alone. I went back to that site and left them a pretty nasty email telling them I no longer want to be a member.

I wonder if they view your desire for the DVD as a desire to reinstate your membership (not sure I'm using the correct terms)? If you want the DVD I'll be glad to send you mine after I finish watching it. PM me your address if you want it...but it will probably be after the first of the year!
