Articles I found about Chef's Mark Products:

For those of you needing any info on Chef's Mark small kitchen appliances... Chef's Mark IS NOT the manufacturer of these products. It is a name under which Fingerhut and the Personal Club (a division of Fingerhut) market their kitchen products.

These products and appliances are manufactured by several different companies for Fingerhut. I have a similar situation with a Maxi-Matic Juicer, which has been discontinued by the Maxi-Matic company, but is now being sold by Fingerhut under the Chef's Mark label.

The return address I saw in a previous post here is the address for Fingerhut Corp. in St. Cloud, MN. If you have purchased your Chef's Mark product through Fingerhut, I would suggest contacting them as many times as it takes to get results. If, however, you bought your item second-hand, you may be out of luck when it comes to obtaining replacement parts.

Hi,

I just recently has some curiosities about Chef's Mark because I wanted to find out more about a product before I bought it, and from my understanding Chef's Mark is a name that Finger Hut has all claims to. It is a DBA name (Doing Business As) which mean it is Finger Hut, basically. Just FYI. Go to http://search.bbb.org/national/search.html (which is a better business bureau site. Put Chef's Mark in the name category and it comes up as FingerHut; do a little digging and you will see that it is a name of their products. I am not sure how to get information but I suggest get it from FingerHut. Just FYI.

Hope this helps. In other words it's dist. by Fingerhut. You would need to get a hold of them to find out any further information.

HTH...good luck
