or sentence you find yourself saying daily? I'm constantly yelling at kids to do things and I don't know how many times I've said, "Cuz I said so!" So that's mine. What's yours?

"I am not asking you I am telling you, there is a difference."
"Cry a river, build a bridge and get over it."
"Oh yeah? Come over here and say that to my face. Then up close..what did you say to Mom?? "I love you mom"..yeah thought so."
"You do not own those cds, clothes, toys or even that toothbrush, I own it all and am graciously allowing you to use it so keep it clean."
LOL
I love teasing my kids they are pretty good sports about it too. :)

I say to my kids in my classroom
" I am not your mom, she doesn't work here- clean up your area'
and to kids tilting back on chairs
" your mom will be so sad when I show up at your house with what
is left of your brain in a ziplock bag."
only to teenagers would I say these things. they laugh. once to the first one a kid said " you don't really think our moms clean up after us either, right?"

to my own kids
" I had you for my own enjoyment, not yours please don't be crabby it makes enjoying you hard"
and the oldie and goodie--
" I brought you into this world, I can take you out"

but honestly all the kids in my life are wonderful.

my favorite all time sayings--

" The time to happy is now,
the place to be happy is here."

His eye is on the sparrow
and I know His eye is on me.

above my desk-
Lord, make me an instrument of thy peace.

When my snert and snertette were younger...it was always "Don't make me come up those stairs."

These days it's usually "That's OK...you'll be 41 and oooollllddd someday too"

My favorite quote is:

The best and most beautiful things in this world cannot be seen or even touched--they must be felt by the heart.

-Helen Keller

What I scream at the color guard:

"Come on you old grannies, book it!" They move like old ladies sometimes.

He he he, but one of the smartest things I ever said was to a boy whose girlfriend flicked him in the mouth with her finger. They are always caught making out on the bus, so when he said, "Mrs. G, she flicked me in the mouth." I said, "Well, from what I hear, she does that all of the time." Their faces got blood red. LOL

Oh, and when boyfriends and girlfriends are sitting on the bus together and start smooching, I say, "Put some air between you, or he is coming over here and sitting with me!" Everyone on the bus claps when a couple is caught.

This time of year, I say "Ok...that's it...I'm calling Santa!" (and then pick up the phone!). Works every time!!!

I have several...

When my kids are embarrassed or afraid to do something, I always say, "You'll never see these people again." It is something I live by.

What part of NO don't you understand?

Life is NOT fair.

Too bad...sooo sad...

Give me a dime and I'll phone someone who cares.

And...my particular favorite..."Roll up my pants...it's too late to save my shoes." (That's when someone is laying the sh!t on really thick.)
