Ok, as most of you know, we found out I am pg on October 23rd. First sono was November 6th, I am due 5.12.03. On to the real story.......

I can't sleep! My boobs hurt soooooooooo bad. I finally found a bra that would fit at Layne Bryant for everyday activites. It happened to be a 40DDD, yes, DDD. Before being pregnant, I was 130lbs, 5'7 and wore a 36C. Now, 3.5 months pg, I am only getting bigger AND I HATE IT! Please help me find comfy SLEEPING bra (no underwire, please) before I go completely crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, I have already hit Motherhood Maternity and they said they don't carry bras that big. WTF??????????

I'm in a similar situation. I'm trying to find a decent bra to buy too. Hard to find something comfy and not hideous in a 46DDD. Mine still hurt, but the pain has changed so it's not completely unbearable anymore...
I haven't checked this site out yet, but I saw someone mention it and maybe it will help you.

My DD is 17 and wears a 46DD. She wears Sensual Curves soft cup (she can't wear underwires) from Lane Bryant. She says they're not the cutest bras she has, but they're comfortable.

She wants to have breast reduction surgery...I don't know if our insurance would cover it or not.

Don't know about your insurance, but with some, if you can get a Dr to show there is a medical need for it, they should cover it.

congrats on being preg. I hope you get to feeling better and find what you are looking for as well. I have only 5 more weeks to go and I sure can't wait to see what my body from my used to be waist looks like as I haven't seen it in months......I am assuming I still have feet as I am able to walk hehe

call your local la leche league.

they can point you to a GOOD store for maternity/nursing bras.

i got me some nice heavy duty SOFT cotton ones there when I was PG. I went ahead and got the nursing ones, because the cups were adjustable. they can help fit you properly too.

I looked the greatest when i was preggo and wished my boobs stayed large!

i'm sorry your's hurt hon! i know what thats like, what i did to help with the pain a bit was sleep in a bra, that really did help me. good luck on finding a bra that fits good!

Can't help you with bras - even when I was pregnant I didn't NEED to wear one. I did , of course, but still....anyway, when my breasts would ache I would stand in the shower and let the hot water run on them. Hope this helps, and congratulations!

I've always been pretty flat chested. I was a 34B until I got pregnant with DD, then I went to a 36C and have been either a 36B or C for the past 17 years.
I had extremely tender breasts during pregnancy, I used a pillow verticaly to sort of lay them on.(does that make sense?)

One good thing...it never lasted through an entire pregnancy, only the first few months.

A DDD is probably going to be hard to find. Before my daughter found these that she likes at Lane Bryant, she bought hers online at either torrid.com or silhouettes.com

my MIL swore that cabbage leaves in your bra, against your breat would take away the pain. She said it was for engorgement but it may work before delivery to
