Tomorrow a friend of mine will undergo surgery to have one of his legs amputated. He is so weak that instead of general, they are only giving him an epidural. Please pray that he comes through this fine and with no pain and suffering. Thanks.

Oh my gosh. I do not think I would want to be awake during a procedure like that. Let us know how everything goes.

My friend had a heart attack last night and he is ICU today. Now he is filling up with fluid and his heart keeps stopping. The doctors don't thin he will make it. He told my Mom a littel while ago that he is going to die. I just hope he is at peace.

Just wanted to thank everyone for their prayers. My friend passed away in the night. Although I know he is at peace now my heart aches. On the 30th of this month my home town is dedicating our new firestation to him. I wish he could have been there. I am flying home on Dec.2 and its going to be so weird not seeing him because he was just like a member of my family. I knew he was suffering a lot, so I was saying last night that I hope its soon. For his sake I am relieved that he is not suffering anymore. Even though I said I hoped it would be soon I just was not ready. I know that is selfish but I will miss him so terribly. He was a great man who my family loved deeply, I wish I could be there for the services.
