shrink wrap quesiton

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question.
But I have been reading about people using shrink wrap on their packages and was wondering where do you find it to purchase.
Also is it hard to work with.

If you have a Hobby Lobby they carry it. Wal-Mart may carry it in the craft section. It is very easy to use. All you need is either some ribbon or a little tape (depening on how you are wrapping it) and a hair dryer.

I had trouble using it. Guess I got it too hot in sections and it shrunk too much. I think it's hard to use.
