I posted a week ago in the vent and whine about how i hated where i live, how much i hated my house and such...I was just haveing a depressed day!
Well Luck apparently (for once) is on our side! We were in the right place at the right time!!!
We currently live in a 1974 Mobile home and it's finally taking it's toll, it's falling apart and needs alot of work!
Well we were at the local grocery store Saterday and seen one of our neighbors, they live about 6 houses up from us and we got to talking about them selling there house (they just put it up on the market last week with a realator) We had no idea they were going to sell it.
Well apparently my youngest son told them we were looking for a new home so the wife kept bugging my husband and I to come look at there house, and we plainly just right out told them our credit sucks and there will be no way for us to get a loan!
Well they insisted on us to come out anyways to look, so sunday we went to look and of course loved it!
They told us to come back into the evening without the kids to talk business, so we went back over and they gave us a deal we could'nt refuse! so yesterday we went to talk to My hubbys boss about getting an advance for this house and his boss told us, I like you both, DH is a great worker and one of my favorites, you both got it!!!! this house is 20 years older then the one we are currently in! it is 20 feet longer and 2 feet wider then the one we are in now, it's really gorgeous and i am so excited! We put the down payment on it yesterday and now we are packing! I know it's still in the same trailer park, I'll live with that.
So as soon as they move out, we move in! and i put my house up for sale and most likely i'll have to pay someone to take it...lol
So for those that know i am doing an exchange with, since my house is up for sale i am going to keep my current addy right now, i don't think my current home will sell before christmas and thats why i'm keeping that addy going also. Besides that it's only 6 houses down from the house i am buying...lol If by chance the house does sell really quick, i will definetly let you know right away.
