Need ideas for a teacher that's leaving

My kids' class has had a substitute teacher since the 2nd week of school because orig teacher went on maternity leave. I find out that orig. teacher will be back on Monday, so the sub's last day is Friday. This sub has been great and I'd like to do something for her, not sure if I should involve all kids in class or what. Depends, I guess. The class is 1st grade. I just found out, so I really haven't given it much thought myself. Any help would be great!!!

Maybe you have the kids all make her cards or some sort of craft? THat way she could keep them and see how much she meant to them.

Thanx for the idea. What would be hard is trying to get em together without her in the room.
