Tonight is leftovers.....spaggetti(sp?) baked chix, apple cobbler.
i work till 7:30pm and wanna be home by 8pm to watch the "8 Simple Rules 1 hr special"
Yes we always eat this late since i work midshift.....it sucks!

Grilled steaks, potato skins (with tons of cheese and bacon of course..lol) and salad.

no idea yet, either pork chops or spaghetti or a hamburger helper lol I usually wait till just about dinner time to decide what to make

5 hour stew (in the oven), biscuits, a big salad and apple brownies for dessert. ;) It's all done and ready to cook. And I'm about to take a nap. :D

Since the movers won't be here until tomorrow,it's Domino's pepperoni pizza and cheesey bread. After all the eating out we've had to do the last 2 weeks, I won't want to do it again for a VERY long time.

Wendy's! LOL. I already have that one planned. I have to go to a tedious band booster meeting tonight, so I am going to hit up the Wendy's 99 cent menu. LOL

15 Minute Vegetable Beef and Rice Skillet Dinner
================================================== =========
Ready in: 20 minutes
Servings: 4
1 lb. Ground beef
1 Small onion, chopped
1 can (28 oz.) Diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) Beef Broth (1-1/3 cups)
1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
3/4 cup (3 oz.) Grated Parmesan Cheese
Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
Add tomatoes, broth and vegetables to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
Stir in rice and cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.

I'm thinking of making a meatloaf. Never tried it before but found a foolproof recipe for it on the onion soup package simple enough even I can't mess it up. :D I've got a frozen loaf of bread dough in the oven thawing out at the moment. Can't wait to have some warm bread fresh from the oven with butter melting on it. ;) And we have supper here too. :D

We're having Subway...two foot longs for $7.99.It's election day here and my son is out of school today and we've spent the day outside working in the yard,it's 82 degrees here! I raked alot of leaves today and I don't much feel like cooking.:)

We're having ribs fur SUPPER. I don't know what else. Maybe mashed potatoes and peas with pearl onions.

My mom is making Carne Guisada. For supper, might I add. :) That's just one thing I've missed about being in Texas... REAL Mexican food. Been hitting all the good places while I'm here visiting. :D
