I have no energy, I take vitamins a friend said vitamin B is good, whats your magic formula for energy I swear I can barely move sometimes and its not from overwork, I used to love that feeling of being dead tired from working all day, that feeling of accomplishment I know that probably sounds crazy to some of you but to me now it sounds wonderful, I just can't seem to find any energy to do anything, what magic cures do you all have?

Have you had your thyroid checked lately? That could be a possible cause.
