I won an Auction, and have a question

I won a BBS auction on the 24th of this month...Actually my 13 year old son won it...lol
this person has never told me i won and i emailed her twice for the shipping fee. they have not e-mailed me back to let me know what the shipping fee is. my son was so excited that he won it, It's a VHS of DareDevil and he wanted to give it to his dad for christmas. He's basically paying for it.
Any ideas of what i should do? Do you think because i was the only bid they were not happy with my bid and they wanted more $$$$?
Has this ever happened to anybody else?

Well, her last post was on that auction thread, so maybe something happened that is keeping her from getting online. I would give it a little while longer and see if she resurfaces.

I won an auction in july and never heard anything after that...
that stinks though, that is your sons present to his dad...
