Whenever I feel something not right "down there" I usually will buy some cranberry juice & drink the whole bottle (not in one sitting:)) But I really do hate the taste of cranberry juice. So now they have white cranberry juice which is supose to taste better. What I wanna know is if white cranberry juice has the same properties in it that regular cranberry juice does that keep your u.t. bacertia free and therefore helps you to head off an infection.

Anyone know? TIA.

That's a good question. I would think that plain cranberry would be better except for the taste. I don't like plain cranberry juice either. I like crangrape or cranapple. I can't really drink the plain kind it's too tart.

I read in Parenting magazine just the other day at the Dr's office, it was good to drink at least 2 glasses a day, and any type of cranberry juice is good, as long as it was at least 10% cranberry juice. ( I had been wondering the same thing)

I don't really care for the taste of cranberry juice (especially alone) but I LOVE the Sam's Choice CranApple juice. It has just the right balance of Cranberry and Apple juice to make it taste good. Even my 3y/o drinks it and I'm sure you all know how hard a kid that age is to please.
