Did anyone see the tiger attack tape someone in the audience taped of Roy being attacked? I was wondering if it is really bad. I don't want to see it if it's very bloody or anything.

I thought one of the comic web sites did a tacky thing by spoofing it and having Tony the Tiger attacking a cartoon Roy. The man still isn't out of danger. Too, too lame.

I haven't seen the tape, but that is so dumb that someone would spoof the attack. My goodness!

I saw his partner the other night on Larry King live, and he said that most people just thought it was part of the act. So it must not have been to gory to see, or people in the audience would realize something wasn't right.

I thought I'd share this addy will any-one who's interested. It is a news article from the Las Vegas paper that gives a phone number you can call to check on Roy Horn's condition and also you can send an e-mail of encouragement if you choose. :

O.K- the link says page not displayed but if you click on the www.klas-tv.com link there it takes you to the main page and the article is 2nd one down under top stories-it's called "Ways you can help Ray Horn's recovery"

The hot-line no is is 702-671-6551.

There's also a new story there this morning about them having to protect him from people trying to get pictures. (It's so sad people have to be like that!)

Read a headline that said Roy's doctors removed half his skull. Yipes. Just pray he will recover.

Yea, I saw that too. It said they did it to allow room for his brain to swell. I hope he gets better and he isn't permantently paralized.

The doctors removed 1/4 of the skull which is a common practice for brain trauma and swelling. The piece is being preserved for replacement later. http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2003/10/06/entertainment/main576814.shtml
